To achieve this goal, IPCC’s customer technical service department has organized its current and future activities based upon the following categories:
- Customer Complaint Management
We believe that complaints are not only opportunities for detecting areas of problems, but they are also tools that lead us how to improve the quality of products and services we offer. Hence we have tried our utmost to incorporate the most effective methods of handling customers" complaints in our department that can also eliminate all sources of problems.
Through to the end of the manufacturing line, we will accompany our customers to furnish them with technical advice and troubleshooting guides along with certificates required for each product and application. Please call us in case you need certificates.
Organizing training courses and workshops for domestic customers with the aim of making them familiar with our products, their applications, processing methods and other related subjects is a part of our activities.
- Product and Application Development
We conduct research with the aim of product and application developments. The results will be accessible to our customers in the form of short books and articles or through our website.
